Strategic Head of Facilities & Asset Management

Baltimore Consulting seeks an experienced Head of Facilities Management to own the strategy, governance and delivery across a diverse property portfolio in London. You will drive compliance, sustainability initiatives and asset performance, reporting to senior officers and elected members.

The role requires senior leadership in FM, strong contract management and PRINCE2 or equivalent credentials, with a focus on delivering value and carbon reduction across the estate.
