Unsecured Lending Transformation Leader

Metro Bank is seeking a senior product leader to transform unsecured lending across products, customer journeys, servicing and technology. You will shape the strategic roadmap for SME and Consumer lending, driving customer outcomes and operational performance.

You will simplify and digitise processes to boost efficiency while building a high-performing team, maintaining robust governance, risk controls and Regulatory compliance. Hybrid working arranged where possible.
