Senior Technical Manager – Residential Developments Lead

You will manage and mentor Technical Managers and Coordinators, oversee consultant teams, and ensure projects meet programme, budget, quality standards and statutory requirements.

This leadership role requires a balance of technical expertise, people management and strategic oversight, with a salary band of £90k–£110k plus package.
