Dynamic Classroom Cover Supervisor: Shape Young Minds

Poole High School is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is 30 hours per week with inset days, with salary points 7–11 (£26,403–£28,142 FTE or £17,984–£19,168 pro rata).

The post offers stability and the opportunity to contribute to high standards of pupil welfare and progression. Responsibilities include supervising classes in the absence of teachers, giving feedback on behaviour and progress, and upholding safeguarding policies.
