Field-Based Estate Caretaker — Outdoor Maintenance & Safety

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking a Mobile Caretaker in Welwyn Hatfield. The role is a full-time, field-based position with a 12-week temporary contract across housing estates, offering a competitive hourly rate and 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.

You will inspect estates, report hazards, and support grounds maintenance and cleanliness across housing estates, with travel between sites. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use are essential.
