Impactful Family Support Worker – Early Help Team

Lancashire County Council is recruiting a Family Support Worker for the Early Help Service in Lancaster. You will work directly with children, young people and families, delivering tailored, evidence-based interventions and co-produced action plans to improve outcomes.

We value safeguarding, collaboration with schools and partners, and flexibility to meet family needs, including evenings or weekends. Level 3 qualification or substantial relevant experience is required.
