Head Coach & Fitness Leader (Move, Redefine & PT)

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a Head Coach to own the gym’s fitness product and lead a team of Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers. You will mentor staff, create innovative training programmes, and drive member engagement on the shop floor and through events.

You’ll manage MOVE/REDEFINE offerings, onboard new initiatives, and lead by example in delivering high-quality PT and group sessions while maximizing revenue opportunities across memberships and services.
