The Bamford Collection, via Daylesford Organic, invites applications for a Full Time Kitchen role at The Trough. You will work 45 hours per week with a salary of £31,053.78 per annum plus TRONC, contributing to a premium farm‑to‑fork dining experience.

We seek someone with experience in a fast‑paced restaurant kitchen, a passion for seasonality, and solid classical cookery techniques. You will prep, present and deliver dishes to high standards while upholding hygiene and teamwork.
