Store Assistant Manager: Lead Team, Elevate Service

Wickes is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to be the go-to person on shift, leading from the front, guiding colleagues and delivering a brilliant customer experience.

You’ll support Store Managers, cover the Store Manager’s absence, drive sales, maintain safety and operational excellence, and help customers across design to installation, always putting service first. A full UK driving licence is preferred.
