Cygnet Heathers is seeking a confident Support Worker to join our neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative rehabilitation service in West Bromwich. You will provide compassionate care and participate in a learning-based approach to support service users across a 20-bed facility.

We value excellent communication, teamwork and a passenger-driven approach to empowerment and independence. DBS check required; opportunities for development and flexible working options are available.
