Housing Maintenance & Voids Surveyor – Hybrid, 35 Days Leave

Rugby Borough Council is seeking a Housing Maintenance and Voids Surveyor on a fixed term contract for two years. You will inspect occupied and void properties, compile detailed schedules of works and assist with contractor procurement and performance monitoring.

You will bring experience in social housing, building pathology, disrepair investigations, and asset management, with a qualification in Building Surveying or related field preferred.
