Service Coordinator: Housing & Independence Support

Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd is recruiting a Service Coordinator to support people with multiple and complex needs within a housing and support service in Bury. The role involves working on a rota for a 24-hour service, including occasional weekend shifts, with a 37.5-hour week and a person-centred approach to move service users into independent living.

The successful candidate will maintain records, contribute to service development, and align with our Christian ethos and values.
