Waste & Refuse Loader – Outdoor Team, Early Finishes

Interaction Recruitment Group is recruiting Refuse Loaders for a busy client in Southampton (SO14 3). The role involves collecting commercial waste and recycling from local businesses, assisting with bin collection, and delivering excellent customer service while following health and safety rules.

It is an on-site position with outdoor work in a supportive team. Shifts run Monday to Friday with 11:00 AM starts, 8–10 hour shifts, and guaranteed 10 hours pay per shift.
