Deputy Manager: Lead Teams & Delight Guests

Ship Ashore, part of Ember Inns by Mitchells & Butler s, is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in running the site and to inspire the team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

You’ll use your managerial experience to train staff, model high service standards and drive toward business targets, while ensuring guests are cared for in a welcoming environment across pub grub, drinks, and community spirit.
