Support Worker – Full Time Contracted Hours
Plymouth – Libertatem Healthcare Group – £12.71 per hour | £0.45 per mile for adjoining shifts | 28 days annual leave.
We are recruiting compassionate Support Workers to join our dedicated Plymouth team. You’ll support adults with a wide range of needs, enabling them to live safely, happily, and independently in their own homes.
Responsibilities
- Support clients with mental health needs, limited mobility, nonverbal communication, companionship needs, Down syndrome, OCD tendencies, acquired brain injury (ABI), speech impediments, cerebral palsy.
- Assist with personal care and household tasks, shopping, community activities.
- Transport clients or enable access to community, sometimes using personal car.
- Encourage social engagement, hobbies, and independence.
- Administer medication and promote overall wellbeing.
