Youth Independence Coach for 16+ Supported Living

Spectrum Children and Young People Services is seeking a Support Worker to empower young people aged 16 and up to develop independence and transition into adulthood. You will work with the service team to ensure care aligns with regulatory standards and individual needs.

The role involves building relationships, promoting living skills, safeguarding, and facilitating access to education, training and employment opportunities, in a full-time, in-person setting.
