The Cambridge Practice in Aldershot is seeking a qualified Pharmacy Technician to join our practice team. You will support medicines optimisation, safety, and cost-effective prescribing across our patient population.
Working closely with GPs, Clinical Pharmacists and the wider healthcare team, you will undertake medication reviews, reconcile medicines on discharge, manage repeat prescriptions and contribute to audits and governance.
