Deputy Manager – Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Lead

The Woodlands in Newcastle Under Lyme is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading the service for people with learning disabilities and/or autism. You will oversee clinical and operational teams, act as Clinical Lead for Quality and Compliance, and represent the service in internal and external meetings.

You will ensure a high quality pathway of care, contribute to service development, and drive delivery of regulatory standards within a dynamic healthcare setting.
