Strategic Procurement Engineer – Oil & Gas EPC

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a Procurement Engineer for a 12‑month assignment in Reading, UK. You will lead the development of the project procurement strategy, create bid documents, and coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure compliant, timely purchases.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years of experience, CIPS certification, and hands‑on use of SAP, Primavera, Excel, PowerPoint and Word to manage procurement plans and vendor relationships throughout FEED/EPC phases.
