Location: Kirkby-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire
Salary: Up to £51,870 per annum (DOE & Qualifications) + On‑Call Allowance
Contract: Permanent | Full Time | 37 Hours per Week

We’re recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to lead a brand‑new Ofsted‑regulated Children’s Residential Home, providing emergency and crisis placements for children and young people with highly complex needs.
This is your chance to build a service from the ground up, recruit your own team, shape a positive culture, and deliver outstanding, trauma‑informed care that changes lives.
About the Role
You’ll take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and regulatory compliance while creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can recover, grow and thrive.
We’re Looking For Someone With:
- Experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager within a children’s residential home
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Quality Standards
- Experience supporting children with complex trauma, EBD, CCE, CSE and safeguarding concerns
- Excellent leadership, team management and communication skills
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
- Full UK Driving Licence
