Sustainable Rural Estate Manager

The National Trust is seeking an experienced Agricultural Estate Manager to oversee a rural portfolio across London and Surrey, focusing on sustainable land and asset management and stakeholder collaboration.

You will own estate management plans, supervise tenancy agreements and drive opportunities for nature recovery, environmental sustainability and community benefit, with a hybrid working pattern including 40–60% site time at Polesden Lacey.
