Manager, Client Partners

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Industry sales growth across the EMEA region.
• Team Leadership: Lead 4-5 Senior Sales Executives, deliver on forecasting and Go-To-Market commitments, and build relationships with customer executives and decision makers.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, finance, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure revenue growth through Enterprise deal structuring and executive engagements.
• Customer Engagement: Support the Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings to upgrade relationships, increase deal sizes, and maximize value exchange.
• Market Insights: Act as a trusted advisor to GTM teams, provide market feedback to shape Unity’s offering and roadmap, and increase market presence.
• Complex Deal Management: Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes to drive successful outcomes for Unity and customers.

Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Strong experience in SaaS, Platform and/or Cloud Technology sales and sales leadership.
• Deal Negotiation: Track record negotiating $1M+ deals.
• Sales Leadership: Passion for leadership, talent development and building high-performing teams.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Effective leadership of cross-functional stakeholders and business functions to drive alignment and results.
• Channel Expertise: Experience with Channels, ISVs and System Integrators or Service Partners.
• Industry Knowledge: Expertise in Real-Time 3D, Asset Management, Data Transformation and Visualization.
• GTM Activation: Experience activating and scaling new GTM initiatives.
• Language: Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written communication.
• Location: Relocation support is not available for this position; work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
