Location: Luton

Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + Benefits

An established Design & Build contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong order book and a reputation for delivering quality construction projects.

The Role

• Manage multiple Design & Build projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Lead and support Site Managers and Project Teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
• Maintain strong client relationships and attend progress meetings.
• Monitor quality, commercial performance and programme delivery.
• Work closely with the commercial and design teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within Design & Build construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and H&S legislation.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid desirable.
