• Circa £35k Basic Salary + Package + Company Vehicle.
• 5 Day Working Week – Monday to Saturday.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious General Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Driving new and used vehicle sales performance.
• Maximising finance and additional product opportunities.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered.
• Monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Supporting the development and progression of team members.
• Maintaining a customer‑first approach across all areas of the sales operation.

Qualifications

• Has a proven track record in a Business Manager/ Transaction Manager/ Sales Controller/ Sales Manager role.
• Is commercially focused with a passion for delivering results.
• Has excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills.
• Understands the importance of customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
• Has strong knowledge of automotive sales processes, including finance and additional products.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.
