Head of Estates: Strategy, Delivery & Sustainability

The Royal Parks is seeking a Head of Estates to lead the management, development and optimisation of a diverse property portfolio across eight royal parks in London. This senior role ensures safety, compliance, sustainability and future-readiness of our estate.

You will drive estates strategy, oversee maintenance and capital projects, manage significant budgets and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding services. Strong leadership, finance and contractor management are essential.
