  • Maintain the physical appearance and upkeep of the store, both internally and externally.

  • Remain fully compliant, safe and legal by following internal policies, processes and completing mandatory training.
  • Act as an example of Majestic’s Ways of Working and support junior team members, providing feedback to the Store Manager as appropriate.
  • As a key holder, understand opening and closing compliance and confidently operate the store independently.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Excellent time‑management, delegation and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and service to every customer.
  • Self‑motivated, thriving when working alone and as part of a team.
  • A can‑do attitude with a passion for seeing problems through to solutions.
  • Adaptable and resilient to meet the ever‑changing demands of our business.
  • Excellent communication and time‑management skills.

  • Hold a full UK, manual‑transmission driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.

What is in it for you

  • Up to 20% staff discount.
  • Career development opportunities – we nurture internal talent and support career progression with excellent in‑house training schemes.
  • Uniform provided.
  • Access to Retail Trust benefits, including discounts of up to 30%, instant savings with discounted e‑vouchers, discounted reloadable shopping cards, gift vouchers and gift cards, and free counselling and support phone line.

  • Hours: 44 hours per week.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
  • Driving is a key part of this position; candidates must be comfortable operating company vans and hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months.
