Dynamic Sales & Customer Success Advisor

Metsä Group is recruiting a Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join the team in Boston, Lincolnshire. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling inquiries, inputting orders, and supporting sales through data-driven insights.

You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate stock, routes and deliveries. The successful candidate will be numerate, possess good IT and Excel skills, and have 1–2 years of customer service experience.
