Apprentice Chef de Partie – Paid Training & Growth

Fuller’s offers a Chef de Partie Apprenticeship ideal for those already at Commis Chef level who want to advance their skills and responsibilities. You’ll train in all aspects of food preparation while gaining insight into liveliest kitchens across the South of England.

You’ll study one day per week at college and be paid; four days a week you’ll work in our restaurants or hotels under Head Chef mentorship.
