Graduate Teaching Assistant — Build Impact in Primary

Engage Education in Mitcham is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 and assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons. The role starts September 2026 (or ASAP) with long-term, full-time prospects.

You will work with children on a 1:1 basis and in small intervention groups, helping with additional learning, communication and social needs while boosting confidence and emotional wellbeing.
