Teaching Personnel is recruiting an experienced HLTA for a SEN secondary school in Manchester City Centre. You will support students with complex needs, deliver targeted interventions, and cover classes when required.
You will work closely with Teachers, Therapists and Pastoral teams to promote positive behaviour and help students build confidence, independence and life skills. This full-time role starts in September and offers weekly PAYE pay, ongoing CPD, and pathways to long-term
