Deputy Shop Manager: Lead Volunteers & Grow Shop Income

The Norfolk Hospice Wisbech Shop is seeking a Deputy Shop Manager to help maximise income and stock generation. You will support the Shop Manager and lead volunteers to maintain high standards of customer service and visual merchandising.

This role is 37.5 hours per week over five flexible days. Annual leave is 25 days, rising to 27 after 5 years and 29 after 9 years, plus 8 days in lieu of public holidays. Closing date is 31 July 2026.
