Service Coordinator & Operations Planner

Learnd UK is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator to support Operations, Service Desk, Maintenance, and Finance teams from the Hemel office. You will coordinate engineers, manage planners, and liaise with customers to ensure efficient services and accurate documentation.

The role requires 2+ years in service coordination or customer service, strong organisation, CRM experience, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Right to work in the UK is required.
