1:1 SEN Support Assistant – CPD & Term-Time Role

Ribbons & Reeves is assisting a warm Brentwood primary school to recruit a 1:1 Support Assistant for September 2026 to July 2027. The role is full-time, term-time only, with potential for extension or teacher training pathways for high-performing staff.

You will provide dedicated 1:1 support to a named pupil with additional needs, implement EHCP strategies under SENDCO guidance, and help the pupil access the curriculum and participate in school life.
