Medical Device Support Worker

This role ensures the safe and efficient availability of medical equipment across clinical services. The role supports the equipment pool, responds to helpdesk requests, and maintains accurate records to support patient care. As a key point of contact for clinical staff, you will assist with equipment requests, fault reporting, basic troubleshooting, and repair coordination. Duties will also include issuing, collecting, cleaning, and preparing devices, and updating equipment management systems.
- Maintain accurate records of all medical devices.
- Respond to helpdesk requests regarding equipment issues.
