Senior Residential Property Lawyer – Hybrid & Growth Path

Pertemps Cardiff is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their Conveyancing team across South Wales. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to post-completion, handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold transactions.

The role requires 2+ years’ PQE, a qualified solicitor or equivalent, and a proactive, client-focused approach. Hybrid working is considered, with travel between offices as needed.
