Our client, a highly respected law firm, seeks a Senior Personal Injury Solicitor to manage an independent claimant caseload focused on EL/PL matters and to maintain excellent client care.
You will supervise junior fee earners, handle complex medical issues, and drive financial performance through WIP and billing targets. The role requires a Grade A Solicitor (8+ PQE) or CILEX and strong communication skills.
