Responsibilities and Key Attributes

• Enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated, working alongside the nursery team to support children across all areas of the EYFS curriculum
• Works under the direction of the Nursery Lead and liaises with other professionals both within and outside the nursery setting
• Shows a high degree of initiative and responds to situations with integrity and compassion
• Has experience working with children, ideally within a nursery environment
• Can inspire and motivate children to be the best they can be
• Encourages every child to learn and achieve, with enthusiasm, skill and a desire to make a difference
• Passionate about ensuring high expectations for all, so they make outstanding progress
