Estate Maintenance & Cleaning Technician

Brighton & Hove City Council in Brighton is seeking a Housing Estates Response Technician to join the facilities team. The role covers cleaning communal areas, waste removal, and basic maintenance across designated estates, with a fixed 37-hour week and on-site duties at the Housing Centre.

You will drive a council van to transport tools, carry out simple repairs, report safety concerns, and help residents with queries, while building positive relationships and maintaining accurate records.
