Chef De Partie — Creative Kitchen Leader (40h)

Chartwells Independent is seeking a Chef De Partie to support Defence in a full-time role contracted to 40 hours per week. The Chef will prepare and serve high-quality food, oversee menu changes, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards while representing Defence and upholding the Compass Group UK&I brand.

The ideal candidate will have City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, experience supervising a team, and a Food Hygiene certificate, with a flexible approach to hours.
