Hours: 10 hours per week (Saturday 07:00-17:00), opportunities for overtime.

Location: Parcelforce Worldwide, Nether Poppleton, York – YO26 6QS

Salary and Benefits

• Starting salary: £12.71 per hour; after 6 months £13.94 per hour.
• Saturday Weekend Premium +£4.39 to bring starting salary to £17.10 p/h, increasing to £18.33 p/h after 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes.
• Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks.
• Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses.
• Providing a friendly, dependable service for all types of mail.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence (Cat B to 3.5t) registered at current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30 kg.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation.
