FMCG Shift Technician – 4 on 4 off, Up to £50k

Detail2Recruitment is seeking a Shift Technician for a Cumbria FMCG site. The role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with a salary up to £50,000. The company is a long established FMCG business with sites across the UK and Europe.

You will work with the engineering team to ensure safe operation of production facilities, attend to breakdowns promptly, support delivery of KPIs and deputise for the production manager when required, with training and career development on offer.
