Fitness Manager: Lead Trainers, Boost Member Experience

The Gym Group is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead member engagement, mentor trainers, and oversee the Group Exercise timetable at our Peterborough site on Sugar Way.

You will drive commercial performance, maintain high operational standards, support the General Manager with onsite admin, act as a keyholder for emergencies, and provide personal training within employed hours, retaining 100% of earnings with no annual licence fee.
