Hospital Chef – Craft Nutritious Meals, Special Diets

East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Chef for our busy hospital kitchen in the NHS. The successful candidate will prepare nutritious meals for patients, including specialist diets, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and portion control.

You will need NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation or equivalent, Intermediate Food Hygiene certification, and strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
