HLTA: Lead Class Teaching + Targeted Interventions

Think Education Partners Limited is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for a primary school in Redbridge. The role combines whole-class leadership with targeted intervention delivery to help pupils achieve their best.

You will support continuity of learning, lead teaching during absences, and design, implement and assess interventions. The post requires a qualified HLTA or Level 4+ and experience in primary education, with strong communication and a collaborative approach.
