Responsibilities
This role covers the North as a whole, with travel required to Scotland at times. The Transport Trainer delivers behavioural and technical training standards to all members of Transport Teams. The trainer supports depots in achieving performance indicators related to training, safety, and legal compliance. Responsibilities include preparing moderately complex documents using standard office software, gathering and summarising data for reports, delivering training courses or programs, engaging and advising learners, evaluating learning outcomes, and designing training or instruction sessions while developing high‑quality training resources.

- IOSH Certified
- HGV CE License
- LGV Assessor Qualification
