Youth Education Re-Engagement Specialist

Whitetrees Group is recruiting for a Return to Learn Project Worker to support pupils at Bishop’s Stortford. You will establish a safe, stimulating environment and design activity timetables tailored to individual pupil needs, aiming to unlock engagement with learning.

You will work with the Wellbeing team to monitor progress, report outcomes, and build trust with disengaged pupils, helping them re-engage with education and achieve goals.
