Support Worker – Autism Care | Training & Growth

Oakley House, a Keys Group residential service in St Neots, is seeking a Support Worker to assist residents with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs. You will support day-to-day living, promote independence and help with personal care, visits, medications, and domestic tasks.

Full training will be provided, and the role offers a 35-hour week, annual leave, DBS paid, progression opportunities, and access to Circle wellbeing and pension schemes.
