1:1 SEN Support Worker – Behaviour & Learning

GSL Education – Leicester is recruiting Teaching Assistants and Support Workers to support learners in Leicester-based Special Needs Schools. The role focuses on 1:1 behaviour support for pupils with challenging behaviour and SEN needs.

Ideal candidates will have experience in education or care settings and a background in psychology, SEMH, or autism care. The position is full-time, term-time only, with potential for permanent placement for the right candidate.
