Home Care Support Worker – Flexible Hours & Training

VSA is a respected local social care charity in Aberdeen, providing support to individuals and communities to fulfil their potential. Join our Care at Home team to help service users in Bridge of Don, Danestone and Bucksburn with compassionate, person-centred care in their own homes.

We offer flexible shifts from 7am to 9pm, with 16–39 hours on offer. Driving may be preferred and residents nearby are advantageous. Training and development are provided to support career progression.
