Job Description:
Remedy Education’s Chelmsford site is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to aid learners aged 8-16 with Autism, ADHD and SEMH in a specialist SEN provision. The role focuses on safeguarding, emotional support and helping pupils access learning in a structured environment.
You will work one-to-one or in small groups, supporting behaviour management, communication and social interaction, and collaborating with teachers, therapists and carers to promote wellbeing and progression.
